Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us at contact@talbarahi.com. Approved returns must be sent to the address provided after approval.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@talbarahi.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Food items including rice, spices, lentils (daal), and achar (pickles)
  • Fresh, frozen, or processed meat and fish
  • Perishable goods of any kind
  • Items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Sale items and gift cards

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on edible or perishable products unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Service Area

Our store currently provides services within Japan only. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are available only for orders shipped to addresses within Japan.


Exchanges

To receive a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


International Orders

At this time, we do not ship internationally. All orders, returns, and refunds are limited to Japan only.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
